Playing and officiating with Criclay
Game fees must be settled before the commencement of any match. Teams committing to participate in a Criclay league are responsible for the full payment of all scheduled matches within a season. If you require clarification on your match fees, kindly consult your Criclay league manager.
In case of canceled/Abandoned games due to inclement weather or other reasons, league managers may, at their discretion, reschedule matches or issue refunds. Refunds may be provided as a credit on the team statement or a cash refund, with any previously awarded discounts considered null and void. No-shows or cancellations by a team will result in a penalty fee equivalent to the combined fixture fee of both sides. Unpaid fees may be referred to debt collectors, and teams failing to make payments risk match results reverting to 50-0 at the league manager"s discretion. Criclay reserves the right to suspend the team, its statistics, and players from any Criclay league or event until arrears are settled. The team organizer(s) are accountable for any outstanding game fees if the team fails to make payment, and withdrawal from the league before the season's end incurs liability for remaining fixture fees.
Players, including legal guardians of minor children, umpires, and officials, hereby indemnify Criclay, its franchises, venues, directors, and employees from any loss, property damage, injury, death, legal costs, interest, or expenses arising from participation in Criclay matches.
Players and teams, including legal guardians of minor children, umpires, and officials, indemnify Criclay, its franchises, facilities/venues, directors, employees, and third-party agents from any consequential loss, damage, injury, death, legal costs, interest, or expenses Criclay may be held liable for. This includes claims arising from the use of Criclay facilities and activities involving all players in the mentioned team, including minors.
Regarding communicable diseases, including Covid-19, players and team organizers indemnify Criclay against loss, disease, death, legal costs, and transmission of COVID-19 during any Criclay match or field. By agreeing to play Criclay, participants waive certain rights against Criclay and others.
Criclay will not be held liable for injuries, damages, or diseases occurring during Criclay matches. Facilities/venues hired for Criclay play are also not liable for any resulting damages or injuries. The decision to continue play in potentially dangerous conditions rests with the team and its members.
Teams must carry a first aid kit and players should have their sanitizer, self-screening for Covid-19 symptoms before each match. Criclay is not liable for illness, injuries, property damage, or acts of God (force majeure).
If you are 16 or under, seek parental/guardian permission before providing personal information to the Criclay website. Users without consent cannot provide personal information.
When playing Criclay, agree to follow all Criclay Rules and the Player Code of Conduct.
Criclay reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or remove a team/player from a league or tournament without notice or reason if activities or conduct violate these Terms and Conditions, are inconsistent with policies, or pose risks to others.
In exercising the right to suspend, withdraw, or remove a team/player, Criclay is not obligated to provide notice or reasons. The consequences may include loss of access to features, data, or content associated with Criclay services.
Teams/players can appeal suspensions, withdrawals, or removals by contacting Criclay. The final decision rests with Criclay, and its determination is final.
Criclay reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications are effective immediately upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review terms periodically.
By using the Criclay site, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Do not attempt to interfere with services or gain unauthorized access. Site availability is not guaranteed, and information is for general informational purposes only. Criclay reserves the right to publish/unpublish game results and players' statistics.
Profile pictures must not be threatening, defamatory, indecent, offensive, incite violence, or infringe on intellectual property rights. Criclay may use uploaded images but reserves the right to remove inappropriate content. External links on the site are for convenience, and Criclay is not responsible for linked websites.
These terms may be varied, and continued use implies acceptance of variations.
